Fucking is right.

No fucking sleep.
Have to go to fucking work.
I work next to a fucking Blackhawks fan.

I lost count of how many chances we had to end it. Damn it!
And Horton? That really hurt us. This is going to be an incredible series if this is any indication.

Hate to say it but unless the B's win game 2 I don't see how Daugavins can't escape the fate of him being the 2013 Wesley. It's the first thing I thought of when Chi won it and after he'd missed that golden opportunity. Wesley's over-the-net gaffe in 1990, btw, was also on a backhander.

But Seguin was the best player on either team in the extra frames and he's due to break out if he keeps driving the net and taking shots (and making great passes like he did to Bergeron and daugavins.)

It's all about game 2 now. If the Bruins can get the split before heading home game 1 will be just a bad memory. If not, this Hawks team is far tougher and w/a better goalie than 'Nucks and Luongo in '11 and an 0-2 hole will not be out-climbable, IMO.

How about this for naked optimism--Jagr will score only one goal in all these 2013 playoffs--and it'll be the OT winner that wins the Stanley Cup for the Bruins.

Rask played a great game. As long as he's solid Boston still looks good. I hate to say this but I still see the bruins riding that destiny momentum from that miracle leafs comeback. This series should be a classic regardless

Rask was great. Can't fault him for bad turnovers his D (and Horton) made. Yes, if he can keep playing at this level all series it's still winnable for the Bruins.

Classic game, yes, but emotionally and physically it wrecks me. I got maybe 3 hrs. sleep before having to get up for work this morning and watching every shift is so intense it leaves me extra exhausted. Playoff hockey with a team you care so much about'll do that to ya.

Go Bruins!!!!

agree on all accounts. the bruins were at times having extreme trouble moving the puck out of their end. and the black hawks were winning most of the races to the open pucks and without correcting these issues they will struggle.

question for snow and rain. why would i know about ESPN and SI forums when there are others to discuss with right here. by the way snow and rain did you like jerry on heroin or cocaine better???

in Daugavins defense, i , too, at first thought how come he didnt take an immediate shot which looked like it may have been easy, but after seeing replays i think his balance had him leaning away from a shot and his momentum is what brought him to carry the puck out in front.

the bruins had many many other chances to put this game away through each OT period including the power play that straddled the 2nd and 3rd OT periods. i wouldnt put the blame on any one play or player.

BOTTOM LINE...they should have been able to hold their third period lead.
